While the hospital offered valuable free maternal services, there was low public awareness and minimal emotional connection to their brand in Ongata Rongai. Additionally, medical messaging often feels too clinical or unapproachable — especially for first-time mothers.
We transformed the messaging into a community celebration, using a Baby shower theme to build emotional resonance. By introducing warm, playful visuals and highlighting free services as “gifts” rather than promotions, we shifted public perception.
Strategic use of outdoor branding (billboard) in a high-footfall area paired with relatable content on social media helped bridge the gap between information and emotion — turning passive viewers into engaged participants.
We produced short-form content (Reels and Motion grahics) that showcased event activities and ran across WhatsApp Stories, Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.
